TryLLM

Terms of Service

Last updated 11 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TryLLM, an OpenAI-compatible API service available at tryllm.net (the "Service"). By creating an account or sending a request to our API you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TryLLM provides a single API key and endpoint that forwards your requests to third-party large language models and returns their responses. The Service is delivered digitally over HTTP. We do not sell physical goods and do not provide human consulting services.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. Your API key authenticates every request made with it, so you are responsible for all usage and charges under your account. Revoke a key from your dashboard immediately if you believe it has been exposed. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Credits, billing and Plus

  • Credits are prepaid and consumed per request based on the model used and the number of tokens processed.
  • Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases. Credits already purchased keep their value.
  • TryLLM Plus is an optional recurring subscription that adds a periodic allowance and other benefits. It renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
  • Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
  • Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

4. Refunds

Because credits are consumed instantly, unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion; consumed credits are non-refundable. Subscription charges may be refunded within 14 days if the included allowance has not been meaningfully used. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are always refunded in full. Contact support@tryllm.net to request a refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • generate child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, or targeted harassment;
  • create malware, run phishing or fraud campaigns, or attempt to attack our infrastructure or that of our providers;
  • resell, sublicense, or share your API key with others outside your organisation, or scrape or abuse the Service to build a competing mirror;
  • circumvent rate limits, quotas, or usage accounting in any way.

Upstream model providers also apply their own policies to the requests we forward, and you agree to comply with those policies.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the prompts you send and the outputs you receive. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them. Model outputs can be inaccurate and must not be treated as medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Available models, limits and features can change as providers change theirs. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, and we will refund unused credits where the suspension was not caused by fraud or abuse.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryLLM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
